Caitan and Shaun

Caitlan and Shaun's journey started when they both matched on the dating app, Bumble in September 2021. Their first date was mini-golf at the Trafford Centre. Despite Shaun's golfing skills being far better than Caitlan's they didn't stop laughing all the way round the course! In June 2024, The went on holiday to Albufeira. As they were relaxing by the pool, Caitlan casually joked about getting engaged! Little did she know that Shaun had already planned it all out and in the evening, during a balcony date at their villa, Caitlan turned round to find Shaun down on one knee and he popped the question! Obviously, for Caitlan, it was a very easy YES!

Fast forward to their wedding day! They had chosen the stunning Carden Park as their wedding venue. With it's rolling golf course and acres of grounds, it's a venue I love shooting photography and videography at. Our day started with the girls getting ready. Everyone was super chilled out and looking forward to the day! Meanwhile, Shaun was getting himself ready on the other side of the site. After studying the obligatory 'How to tie a tie' app, he was ready to go. Their wedding ceremony was conducted by Steve from Top Note Ceremonies, who brilliantly told Caitlan and Shaun's story. They made their promises, exchanged rings and had their first kiss. The rest of the day flew by! After the ceremony and confetti, Caitlan and Shaun retreated to The Carden Suite where the registrars formalised and legalised their marriage. We then took advance of the stunning grounds to get some stunning wedding photos and video and before long it was speeches and the evening reception!

It was an absolute pleasure to capture Caitlan and Shaun's amazing day! Congratulations Mr & Mrs Evans!
