Well, what an amazing day Nia and Henry's wedding day was! It was the 20th May 2023 and the sun was shining! Their chosen venue was Harrison's Hall, a magnificent wedding venue located near Mold in North Wales. With its well-maintained gardens and grand architectural features, it's a venue I love shooting at!

Henry and Nia met in September 2019 when they were both students college studying health and social care. They were both instantly drawn to each other. She loved his accent and he thought she was gorgeous! Henry has taken on Noah, Nia's son, like his own and they have developed a heart warming bond together over the years and are the best of friends!

Henry and Nia's first official date was in December 2019 at TenPin bowling at Cheshire oaks, followed by food at Frankie & Bennys. On the 20th of May 2022, exactly 1 year prior to their big day, they went back to at TenPin bowling at Cheshire oaks, the location of their first date, for what Nia thought was just a night out. However, Henry had other ideas and after arranging for Nia's friends to be hiding round the corner in the pouring rain, he got down on one knee and popped the question! Happily she said YES!

Fast forward 1 year to their wedding day.... My team and I arrived to find Nia and her bride tribe getting their hair and make up done. Everyone was super chilled and relaxed! Henry arrived not long after with his dad Paul, who was also his best man. Both equally chilled, just how I like my couples to be!

As the sun was shining, we were treated to an outdoor wedding ceremony and before long, Henry was waiting at the top of the aisle for his bride to be escorted down by her very proud brother, Gaz! They tied the knot, had their first kiss, before letting the celebrations commence! 

​

It was an absolute pleasure for my team and I to capture Nia and Henry's big day and I wish them all the very best for the future!
