Lucinda and Ash’s story began quite literally on his doorstep when she moved into the flat opposite. A brief encounter in the building’s car park soon turned into dates, and before long they became known as the “girl and boy next door.” Six years later, during a trip to Sorrento — and after some decidedly questionable Limoncello tasting — Ash surprised Lucinda with a proposal overlooking the Bay of Naples, catching her completely off guard in the most perfect way.

They celebrated their wedding on 13th September 2025 at Soughton Hall in Northop, an elegant Georgian country house built in the 1700s. Surrounded by the stunning Flintshire countryside, the venue is known for its character, beautiful grounds and intimate atmosphere — a timeless backdrop for a romantic wedding.

Their relationship is filled with warmth and affection. Lucinda adores Ash’s smile and the unmistakable sparkle in his eyes when he’s surrounded by good company and having fun. She loves his sharp banter and his unwavering love and care, which make her feel complete. Ash, in turn, loves Lucinda’s wit and playful daftness. Her caring and supportive nature brightens even his busiest days, and she has a unique way of helping him embrace new experiences and not take life too seriously.
