Jade and Mike - Thornton Hall Wedding

Jade and Mike met each other on the dating app, Plenty of Fish. They had been messaging each other on there for about a month before arranging to meet up. They met up for the first time on 27th December 2013. Mike picked Jade up as she didn’t drive then and they went bowling in New Brighton and had a couple of drinks afterwards. They went on a couple more dates after which they went “facebook official” at the end of January 2014! 

 

Jade and Mike went on holiday to Gran Canaria for a week in August 2019 for Jades birthday. The day after her birthday, they were both sitting on the balcony having a drink before going out for a meal and drinks. Mike disappeared back into the room and came back with a box and said it was a birthday present he had forgotten about. As Jade started to open the box, she realised what it was! She looked at Mike and he was down on one knee! He asked her to marry him!! Of course she said yes!

Jade and Mike tell me that they both share the same sense of humour and they can bounce off each other and have a laugh.

Their big day was on 11th September and the venue was the stunning Thornton Hall Hotel in Thornton Hough, Wirral. The weather was perfect and despite a few nerves in the morning, both Jade and Mike had an amazing day! As you can see from the pictures, there were lots of smiles and laughter right in to the night!
