Gemma and Dan had their amazing wedding day on 14th August 2022, one of the hottest days on record! Despite the heat, everybody had an amazing time! Their wedding ceremony was at Holy Cross Church in Woodchurch before heading to their wedding venue at the stunning Grosvenor Pulford Hotel. Our day started with the preps as Gemma and her bride tribe were getting ready at her Mum and Dad's house. As we arrived, we were greeted by Ted, Gemma and Dan's dog in his little doggy tuxedo! Before long, Gemma was getting in to her stunning dress from Dorothy Rose Bridal. I certainly didn't envy her wearing it all day, as I think it weighed my than me! But she looked amazing in it, so definitely worth it, as was proven by her Dad, Dave's reaction when he saw her in it for the first time!

Then it was the short journey to Holy Cross Church where Dan and his best man, Chris were waiting. The vicar did the honours, rings were exchanged and they had their first kiss as a married couple! Time to head to The Grosvenor Pulford, with Belles and Beaus providing the transport.

Upon arrival at the wedding venue, Gemma and Dan's guests were treated to some much needed Ice Creams from Icycles (I can thoroughly recommend the Honeycomb flavour), whist I captured the family photos. Before we knew it, it was time for the wedding breakfast and speeches. Dave, Gemma's dad opened proceedings, followed by Dan and his best man Chris. I'm still intrigued about the Oompa Loompa costume on the stag do....! After the speeches it was time to cut the cake. Much to Dan's surprise, he got to 'sample' the cake after Gemma took and handful and smashed it into his face!! I might have had a little something to do with that.... sorry Dan! He did say it tasted amazing though!

After we managed to get the last bit of light for some couples photos by the bridge, it was time for the first dance. But not before Gemma and her Dad had their father / daughter dance.

A fantastic day for a fantastic couple! It was a pleasure to capture their day!
