Amanda and John

Amanda and John met early 2020 after swiping right on Tinder! They had their first date at the White Lion Pub in Llanelian. Despite the country being thrown in to lockdown, They kept in touch and Amanda invited John round for a garden visit (as per the rules at the time). She wouldn't even let him in to the house use the loo!

After lockdown had been lifted, they took lots of holidays together. One particularly notable holiday was in June 2023 in Santorini. One evening as the sun was setting, they were having dinner in a beautiful hillside restaurant. John had decided that it was the perfect setting to get down on one knee and ask Amanda to marry him. Needless to say, she was gobsmacked! So much so, she went to say "No Way!!" but only the word "No' came out! Luckily she corrected this and to John's relief, she agreed to be his wife!

In May 2024, Amanda and John welcomed their daughter Seren into the world, who they tell me has changed their lives completely for the better!

That brings us up to their wedding day.... 21st September 2024. 

They had chosen the stunning Plas Isaf for their wedding venue. A grade 2 listed farmhouse and barn located near Corwen. My day started with Amanda and her bride tribe getting ready in the lodge. It wasn't long before John arrived and after greeting their guests, before anxiously waiting for Amanda to walk down the aisle. Just before she came down the aisle, Seren was wheeled down in her own personal wedding transportation towards a very emotional John.

John and Amanda said their vows, exchanged rings and had their very first kiss as a married couple! We took advantage of the stunning grounds to get some wedding photos, before the newly married couple and their guests enjoyed the rest of the day and partied long into the night!
