Sam and Rhys - Rowton Hall Hotel Wedding

Sam and Rhys met on a social media website called Bebo back in 2007. In fact, it was 2nd October 2007, exactly 14 years to the day before they got married. What an amazing way to celebrate their anniversary of when they first started dating. They've got two beautiful children together called Theo and Amiya, who played very important roles on the wedding day. Amiya was Sam's flower girl and Theo was Rhys' page boy

 

Sam tells me that the thing she loves most about Rhys is that he is always pushing her to achieve the best she can and he always puts her and their children first. She loves how Rhys can make her laugh, even when she's in the worst mood ever! Rhys tells me that the thing loves most about Sam is how she supports him to become a better person every single day, she opens his eyes to new adventures. He also loves how she always makes sure that he, Theo and Amiya have always got everything they need and just how much they have grown stronger over the years!

Their wedding day was 2nd October 2021 at the beautiful Rowton Hall Hotel, near Chester. The weather was trying it's best to thwart us but it didn't succeed! The day started with us capturing Rhys and his groomsmen and Best Woman at their house. The mood was great and Rhys was paying particular attention to ensure everyone was looking the part! While all that was going on, Sam and the girls were at Rowton Hall getting ready. Again everyone was in amazing spirits! Despite a few nerves just before putting her dress on, Sam was ready and her bridesmaids eagerly awaited her to emerge from the dressing room in the bridal suite. Their reaction said it all.... Sam looked amazing in her stunning wedding dress from Dorothy Rose Bridal. It was time. Sam's dad, Simon came up to the bridal suite for his first look at his daughter ready to get married. The proud look on his face was clear to see.

Rhys, his best man and best woman were at the front of the ceremony room which was dressed by AA Decorative Events in stunning autumnal colours that matched the flowers that had been beautifully created by Amelia Jane Flowers. The music started and the bridesmaids filed in... and moments later, Amiya and Theo, Sam and Rhys' children began their walk up the aisle. That was it for Rhys, he couldn't hold back the tears any longer as he saw his 2 children coming up the aisle. The emotions continued as he caught sight of Sam being escorted down the aisle by Simon.

The celebrations and laughter carried on long in to the night and it was an absolute pleasure to have been part of their day! Presenting their wedding gallery and videos!
