Robyn and Matt
Meols Hall Wedding
Robyn and Matt tied the knot on 14th October 2022. Their wedding venue was the stunning Meols Hall in Churchtown, Southport. My day started with the girls getting ready at a house they'd rented nearby, and my colleague Charlotte met up with Matt and his best man at the cottage they'd rented to get ready at. Everyone was super chilled out, in fact Matt was so laid back that his was almost horizontal!
As the hair and make up was nearing completion at the house, Robyn's Dad, Steve arrived in order to see his girl for the first time in her stunning dress with her hair and make up done to perfection. While all this was going on, Matt had met up with the rest of his groomsmen at The Bold Arms pub for his final pint as a single man!
Before long, everyone was at Meols Hall for the wedding ceremony and Matt was waiting in anticipation for his bride to be walked down the aisle by her very proud dad. They exchanged vows, had their first kiss and were officially pronounced to be husband and wife!
After the formal wedding photos, at was time for the speeches and wedding breakfast. But before everyone tucked into their main course, Robyn and Matt had set up a surprise 'Pie Cutter' job for one person from each table, which involved donning a chef's apron and hat and the obligatory moustache, before cutting the pie for their table!
The evening was soon upon us and it was time for Robyn and Matt's first dance as a married couple, followed soon after by everyone joining them on the dance floor to start the party properly!
It was a fantastic day full of smiles and laughter, and it was a pleasure to be able to capture their memories!
