Emma and Tom
Plas Hafod Wedding
Welcome to Emma and Tom's Wedding Gallery. They chose Plas Hafod to get married, which is a stunning wedding venue located in Mold, North Wales. The venue is set in a beautiful, historic and restored Georgian mansion with beautiful gardens, which offers a picturesque setting, perfect for Emma and Tom's New Year's Eve wedding!
The happy couple first met on a New Year's Eve night out in 2010 at The Crown Pub in Lixwm, exactly 13 years before their wedding day. Emma came over and started chatting to Tom. At the stroke of midnight, they shared their first kiss to celebrate bringing in the new year. They day after, Emma was on Tom's mind, and as he said in his speech, he did what any right minded person does in that situation.... he stalked her on Facebook!! Emma is glad he did, as it resulted in them falling in love, having 2 amazing kids, Oliver and Rowen, and of course, having their amazing wedding day! They got engaged 2 years ago on Emma's birthday!
Our day started with Emma and her bride tribe getting ready. It wasn't long before she was getting zipped into her stunning wedding dress from Karen Lesley, by her twin sister Ceri. Her very proud dad, Martin was ushered up to the room to collect her and walk her down the aisle to where Tom was waiting. Rings were exchanged and before long Emma and Tom were pronounced husband and wife and they had their very first kiss as a married couple!
Such a fantastic day, with entertainment from the amazing Andy Oatley who did a great job as their singing waiter and a caricaturist sketching portraits of the wedding guests. In to the evening and the couple cut their wedding cake before Emma and Martin had their father and daughter dance. After their dance, Martin placed Emma's hand in to Tom's ready for them to have their first dance as a married couple.
It was an absolute pleasure to capture Emma and Tom's wedding day. Presenting their wedding gallery below;
