Kirsty and Rob - Rossett Hall Hotel Wedding
Kirsty and Rob met at an Ann Summers party! Kirsty tells people that Rob was modelling the women's underwear for the girls, although Rob tells me that he was actually at a poker game in the other room with the lads. They left it up to me to pick which one I believe!! Rob stole Kirsty's vodka jelly at the party and the rest, as they say, is history! They both love a good party but due to Covid restrictions, that had to be put on hold until next year, when they'll be having a big party on their anniversary to celebrate, albeit belated!
They've been together for 8 years and Rob proposed at home in December 2018. They've got a crazy cockapoo called Ted, who was determined to be star of the show on their wedding day!
On to the big day itself, Kirsty and Rob had originally chosen Llyndir Hall for their wedding but because of Covid, they changed their venue to the beautiful Rossett Hall Hotel in Wrexham. The weather couldn't have been better. Beautiful sun for a North Wales Wedding. Kirsty looked stunning having had her make up done by Nicole from Goddess MakeUp Classes and her bouquet from Flowers in the Window complimented the blue and yellow colour scheme perfectly. Pat from Split the Difference The Vintage VW Camper Hire provided the transport. After the ceremony, we got some lovely shots at Rossett Hall before heading down to Marford Quarry wildlife trust for a nice relaxed stroll through the woods while I grabbed some shots from a distance.
All in all, a perfect wedding day!

Kirsty and Rob got in touch in 2019 to tell me about their wedding day plans. The were getting married at Rossett Hall in Wrexham in April 2020. Unfortunately due to Covid this didn't happen, instead rescheduling for April 2021. As there were still Covid restrictions in place at this time, they opted to have a small intimate wedding with 30 of their friends and family in attendance and I was delighted to capture their micro wedding. On to April 2022, 2 years after their original wedding date, Kirsty and Rob had their 'proper' wedding day! My day started with Kirsty and her bridal party getting ready at The Queen Hotel in Chester. Once hair and make up was done, it was time to head to St Martin of Tours Church in Llay, Wrexham for their wedding blessing. Split the Difference provided the transport in their stunning VW Camper Van. Following their blessing, it was back to The Queen Hotel for their wedding reception. The Queen Hotel is a stunning wedding venue with a beautiful courtyard and an imposing staircase where I captured the group shot of all of their guests. Kirsty and Rob's celebrations continued into the night as they partied with their guests! It was a pleasure to be able to capture both of their wedding days!
