I first met Emma and Joe in 2018 at a wedding fayre at The Cunard Building in Liverpool. They booked me to capture their wedding which was due to happen in the spring of 2020, but as we all know, the world got turned upside down due to covid and their wedding got postponed. Countless dates and 3 venues later, Emma and Joe finally got their wedding day at the amazing Hurlston Hall in March 2022. We started off with Joe and his groomsmen getting ready at his Dad's place, just as Joe's best man, Aaron, presented him with a gift from his wife to be, a stunning TAG Heuer watch. We then headed to the wedding venue, Hurlston Hall to find Emma and her bridal party getting ready in the cottage. Everyone was super chilled and after I helped them film a pre and post wedding dress TikTok (!) Emma's dad, Bill, proudly arrived to escort his daughter down the aisle to her husband to be! Many of Emma's family are Scottish, so it was only fitting that Emma's mum surprised them with a bagpiper to welcome the guests to the wedding.

Family photos and couple's portraits were captured and then it was time for speeches. Bill's speech was definitely one to behold and was certainly different from the norm!! Setting the bar high for father of the bride speeches!

Onto the evening and Emma surprised Joe with an Ed Sheeran tribute singer for their first dance. Joe's face was a picture as he saw 'Ed' walk up to the dance floor! The party carried on late into the night as everyone celebrated Emma and Joe's amazing wedding day..... and it was an absolute pleasure to be able to capture it! Presenting their gallery below;
