Alicia and Craig
St Joseph's Church & Leasowe Castle - 28th September 2019

Alicia and Craig met in a nightclub called RJs in New Brighton. He bought her a Blue WKD, asked for her number... and the rest is history! They spent the next year going on dates, mainly to Flares in Liverpool where they could have a good boogie to some cheesey music! After around 18 months of them being together, Alicia was offered a job dancing on a cruise ship. They then spent the next 4 years in a long distance relationship. During this time, Craig traveled to Southampton for a day on the ship. While Alicia was giving him a tour around the ship, to her complete surprise, Craig got down on one knee and proposed, right up on the theatre stage! Happily, Alicia said YES! 13 years later and 2 wonderful sons and not forgetting their dog Kiki, they are finally getting married! Woo-Hoo!!

What an amazing wedding day it was too! My day started at Leasowe Castle Hotel where Alicia and her bridal party were getting ready in the dressing room. With 8 bridesmaids and the 2 mums, the hair and make-up artists worked wonders getting everyone looking amazing in time for the trip to St Josephs Church in Seacombe. St Josephs is a stunning church with beautifully imposing architecture inside. Following the ceremony and a fun confetti shot while dodging traffic on Wheatland Lane, we headed back to Leasowe Castle to start the afternoon and evening of fun and partying. During our pre-wedding meeting, Alicia told me that she had a surprise for her guests in the form of a flash mob with her leading her bridesmaids and guests on to the dance floor... and she didn't disappoint! Everybody was on their feet while the girls busted their moves! What an amazing day and night!
